M2S2 SETA - Sr Contract Program Manager

About the role

Maintain and enhance program management skills in support of M2S2 SETA’s mission. Manage complex projects from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans that align with organizational objectives.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Oversee resource allocation and budget management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a government or defense setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of federal contracting processes and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Experience with contract management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
