Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities across software and/or hardware domains.
  • Previous experience with information technology (IT) system/software development, troubleshooting, analysis, reporting and/or data collection.
  • Previous customer support experience (i.e. help desk support, customer-facing roles, trouble-shooting with clients in virtual environment, etc.).

Job Description

The DSA LogIT PSP Action Request (AR) Specialist provides technical support and end-to-end management of Action Requests within the LogIT Product Support Platform (PSP). Working closely with engineering, quality, program offices, and other stakeholder groups, the specialist ensures that ARs are triaged, investigated, resolved, and documented promptly and accurately while adhering to quality, security, and compliance standards.

Desired Skills

  • Prior IT system testing, development or customer support/sustainment experience.
  • Familiarity with SQL, JIRA, ServiceFlo, JIRA.
  • Experience with PowerShell, Batch, Java.
  • Previous experience with Military customers.
  • Previous F-35 ALIS development, testing, sustainment or user/administrator experience.
  • Demonstrated Problem-Solving skills.

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
