M&S Strategic Coordinator

About the role

Apogee seeks a Modeling & Simulation (M&S) Strategic Coordinator to provide senior-level analysis and recommendations for integrating model-centric intelligence production with NASIC, DAF, and DIE enterprise capabilities. This role leads cross-functional coordination to ensure modernized workflows and scenario planning tools meet DoD and IC mission needs. Position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• Analyze how model-centric intelligence production integrates with existing and planned NASIC, DAF, and DIE capabilities.
• Identify integration gaps, dependencies, and risks across M&S and analytic workflows.
• Recommend technical and process solutions to improve enterprise integration of models, tools, and data.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination among mission partners, stakeholders, and enterprise owners.
• Support alignment of scenario planning tools and modernized workflows with operational and strategic requirements.
• Produce the monthly M&S Enterprise Integration Report documenting integration progress and recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in modeling & simulation, systems integration, or enterprise architecture.
• Experience coordinating integration of M&S capabilities with enterprise systems and data services.
• Strong understanding of DoD/IC mission environments and multi-organizational collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to develop integration roadmaps and recommendations for leadership.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NASIC or other Service intelligence centers’ M&S environments.
• Background in scenario-based planning, wargaming, or campaign analysis.
• Familiarity with DAF and DIE enterprise tools, data services, and integration patterns.
• Experience leading multi-organization working groups or tiger teams.
