About the role

Apart from our core operations, we are seeking a Marketing Intern to support our marketing department. This role involves a variety of administrative and promotional tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
• Aid in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
• Create promotional presentations
• Manage and update company database and CRM systems
• Design and execute social media campaigns
• Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars for social media
• Track social media engagement and campaign performance
• Follow up with vendors, coordinate material distribution, and manage payments
• Communicate with field sales teams and organize marketing events

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Marketing-focused degree program at a 4- or 2-year college
• Proficiency in major social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snap, and Google+
• Experience with social media analytics tools like Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and Twitter Analytics
• Knowledge of content management systems, word processors, and image/video editing software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong internet navigation and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
