Marketing Intern
About the role
College Flight Path helps students and families navigate the journey from high school to college and career with confidence. We build the tools, resources, and personalized guidance that make the path forward clear — helping students understand their options, plan ahead, and take the next right step. As an intern, you'll work alongside the team members who bring that mission to life every day, gaining a firsthand look at how a mission-driven company builds and delivers college and career readiness resources. The Communications & Marketing Internship offers a current college student hands-on, real-world experience across content creation, design, and digital marketing. Working closely with the Business Development team, you’ll help shape how College Flight Path communicates with students, families, and the broader community — building a professional portfolio and marketable skills along the way. This is a Spring 2027 semester opportunity, with the possibility of extension based on performance. Learning objectives include gaining hands‑on experience creating and editing content (video, graphic design, written copy) for a real audience; developing skills in social media strategy, scheduling, and community management across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn; building proficiency with marketing and productivity tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, HubSpot, and Monday.com; completing a capstone project scoped to your experience and interests, presented to the team at the end of the internship; and building a professional network within education, communications, and marketing fields.
