M&A Senior Associate/Associate

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing deals: Build and maintain a proprietary deal pipeline, targeting businesses that range across core and adjacent verticals.
  • Cultivate relationships with business owners, brokers, and intermediaries to drive consistent deal flow.
  • Lead due diligence including financial analysis, revenue quality reviews, and QofE and legal coordination.
  • Own financial models and valuation analyses that support go/no-go decisions.
  • Manage deal timelines and workstreams through close alongside the CEO.
  • Support post-close integration, coordinating across the executive team to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Lead FP&A across the full platform, partnering closely with the broader finance and admin team.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
  • Hands-on experience across the full deal lifecycle - sourcing, diligence, modeling, and close
  • Strong financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency; PowerPoint a plus
  • High executive presence with the ability to represent the company credibly to business owners and external partners
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action; comfortable with ambiguity and a lean team environment
