M&A Attorney (Fintech Experience)

This is an opportunity to serve as a key legal advisor throughout the due diligence process, partnering closely with legal leadership to lead legal due diligence, coordinate regulatory workstreams, and help drive the transaction from diligence through closing.

- Experience in legal due diligence
- Understanding of regulatory requirements
- Strong communication skills

Pay
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $120 and $125. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
Schedule
Targeting an ASAP start, 40 hours/week, for an estimated 2-month duration. This position can be fully remote but may require meetings during MT/CT working hours.
