M&A Analyst - Energy, Power & Infrastructure
About the role
Harris Williams is seeking an Analyst to join our Energy, Power & Infrastructure team in the Richmond, Virginia office. The role requires submitting a resume, cover letter, and Suited assessment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to unlock value in businesses
- Engage in diverse projects including recruiting, mentorship, and new client engagements
- Participate in a robust training program to prepare for client engagements
- Gain exposure to various aspects of M&A and private capital advisory services
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment
Requirements
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Working towards or already possessing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution
- A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher as a prerequisite
- Completion of a Suited assessment
Qualifications
- Relevant skills in Excel, accounting, problem-solving, and teamwork
- Recent university or college graduates with little or no professional experience
Skills
- Excel proficiency
- Understanding of financial statements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
