M&A Analyst - Energy, Power & Infrastructure

About the role

Harris Williams is seeking an Analyst to join our Energy, Power & Infrastructure team in the Richmond, Virginia office. The role requires submitting a resume, cover letter, and Suited assessment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to unlock value in businesses
• Engage in diverse projects including recruiting, mentorship, and new client engagements
• Participate in a robust training program to prepare for client engagements
• Gain exposure to various aspects of M&A and private capital advisory services
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment

Requirements

• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Working towards or already possessing a Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution
• A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher as a prerequisite
• Completion of a Suited assessment

Qualifications

• Relevant skills in Excel, accounting, problem-solving, and teamwork
• Recent university or college graduates with little or no professional experience

• Understanding of financial statements
• Strong communication and leadership skills
