(M&A) Analyst, Business Services

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare, complete, and ensure the accuracy of all financial modeling and analysis.
• Interpret the results of financial analysis, pose questions, and draw conclusions.
• Prepare marketing materials for sell-side and buy-side M&A assignments.
• Identify potential acquirers / targets.
• Conduct industry and company-specific research.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of all presentation materials.
• Support the due diligence process.
• Interact with clients on a regular basis.
• Attend client meetings.
• Support the marketing activities of the firm as they relate to an industry or engagement.

Qualifications

• Successful Analysts are assertive and self-motivated, can manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment and are detail-oriented.
• Strong writing, verbal communication, and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years of experience in sell-side M&A required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5.
