About the role

The M&A Accounting Manager is responsible for managing financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial due diligence processes for potential acquisitions.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements for post-acquisition integration.
  • Collaborate with legal and operational teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • CPA certification preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
