About the role
The M&A Accounting Manager is responsible for managing financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial due diligence processes for potential acquisitions.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for post-acquisition integration.
- Collaborate with legal and operational teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- CPA certification preferred.
