This position will be worked remotely. Candidate must currently reside in the United States. Candidate must work EST business hours.
Responsibilities
- Cook up with key stakeholders to appraise and harmonize management, business, and IT assets needed to achieve requirements and outcomes for medium to large-scale projects within the DHHS Salesforce Portfolio.
- Train and coach agency personnel and team members on agile and Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise (SAFe) practices.
- Create project plans, with defined timelines, deliverables, etc., to effectively and efficiently meet requirements ensuring successful completion of deployments and implementation of IT solutions for program and agency-wide projects.
- Collect and report necessary program management metrics.
- Track project milestones to ensure alignment with defined timelines and deliverables.
- Actively oversee multiple DHHS program portfolio activities running concurrently.
- Monitor and, if necessary, propose actions for any portfolio project activities that are at risk, deficient, or non-compliant with regulations or requirements.
- Schedule, conduct, and document results of project meetings, workshops, etc.
- Provide scheduled and ongoing updates to key stakeholders on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Engage key stakeholders when portfolio project deliverables are at risk and recommend actions required to mitigate project risk.
- Collaborate with state agencies and DoIT project managers to develop, monitor, and report on various projects within the pipeline portfolio.
- Facilitate scrum of scrums across multiple teams working with the same Salesforce organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Lead Analyst, Admin, or Developer.
- 4 years of experience in Agile and SAFe Methodology.
- 4 years of Program Management experience.
- 4 years of Project management experience.
- 4 years of experience with customer relationship management processes and systems.
- Excellent oral and written comprehension/communication skills.
- Very strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to lead and prioritize workload to meet deadlines for the team.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required (certification dates must be listed on resume).
- 5+ years of experience with Agile SCRUM.
- Prior technical experience as a lead analyst, admin, or developer.
- Copado experience is preferred.
