About the Opportunity:The MANAGER, SALESFORCE leads the strategy and administration of the Salesforce platform to enhance business and operational performance. This role is responsible for developing a multi-year roadmap to modernize platform capabilities, integrating automation and AI, and delivering value across sales, marketing, operations, and client services. The manager drives cross-functional collaboration and leads a team to advance Salesforce solutions that support business transformation. Responsibilities:Develop and implement a multi-year Salesforce platform strategy aligned with organizational goals.Identify and apply Salesforce AI capabilities to enhance productivity and customer experience.Lead complex Salesforce initiatives including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and guided selling.Manage Salesforce ecosystem solutions such as Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and mobile applications.Build and lead a high-performing Salesforce team focused on innovation and strategic execution.Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and maintenance.Collaborate with technology and business teams on architectural and integration solutions.Manage the Salesforce budget, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.Provide executive updates on progress, value, risks, and strategic recommendations.Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience; high school diploma or GED required.Six years of CRM experience, including three years with Salesforce.One year of leadership or people management experience.Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.Strong analytical skills and deep Salesforce knowledge.Experience in developing technology roadmaps and managing multiple initiatives.Excellent communication and influencing abilities.Experience in business process improvement.Ability to work effectively across teams and organizational levels.Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or similar regulated industry solutions.Experience implementing Salesforce AI and intelligent automation.Two years of leadership experience.
