Lyophilization Operator - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Overall lyophilization activities.
• Perform high-level clean room activities while gowned per site SOP.
• Load, unload, clean, sanitize, and prepare lyophilizers.
• Initiate, monitor, and troubleshoot lyophilization cycles.
• Ensure daily and weekly cleaning requirements are met.
• Complete batch documentation according to cGMPs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMPs, and safety requirements.
• Operate and maintain Line 10 per SOP and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve mechanical issues with assistance from maintenance.
• Assume other duties as directed by supervision.
• Overtime may be required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical and/or microbiology experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50 pounds to chest height on an as needed basis.
