Lycored Health Sales Account Manager REMOTE
The Opportunity
The Health Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving growth across Lycored’s Health portfolio by managing strategic customer relationships and developing new business opportunities throughout North America.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts representing approximately $7M–$10M in annual revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with leading nutraceutical brands, dietary supplement companies, contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs), and ingredient partners.
- Drive revenue growth through expansion of existing business and development of new B2B opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of Lycored’s science-backed ingredient portfolio, proprietary formulations, and health solutions to become a trusted advisor to customers.
- Translate scientific research, clinical evidence, and product benefits into compelling commercial value propositions.
- Conduct regular customer meetings through a combination of face-to-face visits, virtual engagement, and industry networking opportunities.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and emerging business opportunities.
- Develop account growth strategies and execute commercial plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage customer concerns and escalations while coordinating cross-functional support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and R&D teams across multiple global regions.
- Partner with colleagues across North America, Europe, China, and Israel to support global customer relationships and share market intelligence.
- Represent Lycored at industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, and educational programs.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer activity information within CRM systems.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; Life Sciences, Nutrition, Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Business, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience within nutraceutical ingredients, dietary supplements, health ingredients, functional ingredients, food ingredients, or closely related markets.
- Demonstrated success managing strategic customer accounts and growing revenue within a business-to-business environment.
- Experience selling science-backed ingredients, branded health ingredients, proprietary formulations, wellness solutions, or value-added ingredient portfolios.
- Strong understanding of the nutraceutical, dietary supplement, functional ingredient, or health and wellness marketplace.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and scientific information in a clear, customer-focused manner.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, operations, quality, regulatory, or technical organizations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar systems.
- Ability to travel up to approximately 25%.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and globally matrixed organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a scientific discipline or business field.
- Experience working for ingredient manufacturers, nutraceutical suppliers, CDMOs, or branded supplement organizations.
- Existing relationships within the North American nutraceutical and dietary supplement industry.
- Experience supporting strategic accounts across multiple regions or global organizations.
