About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and compassionate Band 7 Practice Educator to join our friendly and supportive team in North Aberdeenshire.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively across North Aberdeenshire health and social care partnership settings to support students, new registrants and the wider workforce.
• Create positive learning environments, enhance practice learning experiences, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

Requirements

• Is a nurse or midwife with a current NMC registration.
• Holds a post-graduate teaching and learning qualification.
• Extensive experience at Band 6 or above in roles which include supporting, supervising and assessing learners.
• Genuinely passionate about supporting learning and professional development.
• Enthusiastic, innovative and motivated to improve practice.
• Builds positive relationships and works collaboratively with a wide range of colleagues and partners.
• Can inspire, coach and support others to develop confidence and competence.
• Demonstrates excellent communication, facilitation and leadership skills.
• Committed to continuous improvement, quality and person-centred practice.
