About the role

The Complaints and Feedback Team at NHS Grampian is seeking a dedicated Complaints & Feedback Officer who can handle challenging and emotional conversations, engage with the public, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support team members
  • Collaborate with staff across different levels
  • Ensure all complaints are handled according to NHS Grampian's policies and procedures
  • Engage with the public to discuss and learn from complaints and feedback
  • Maintain accurate records and identify trends in complaints
  • Support the organization's clinical governance, risk management, adverse events, complaints, and regulatory compliance
