Responsibilities
- Manage and support team members
- Collaborate with staff across different levels
- Ensure all complaints are handled according to NHS Grampian's policies and procedures
- Engage with the public to discuss and learn from complaints and feedback
- Maintain accurate records and identify trends in complaints
- Support the organization's clinical governance, risk management, adverse events, complaints, and regulatory compliance
