LVN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Thackerville, OK and surrounding areas. Founded in 2000, we prioritize our core values: Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed!

Responsibilities

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home according to the active plan of care.
• Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN Compact License (New graduates welcome, training provided).
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of pediatric care and home health protocols.
