LVN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

About the Role

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Marietta, OK and surrounding areas. We provide direct, one-on-one medical care in a client home setting, making a difference in the lives of medically fragile infants, children, and adolescents, as well as their families.

Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including days, nights, and weekends. We offer flexible scheduling with 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts and a 1:1 patient care ratio.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as directed by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care and educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect and improve the quality of care for the patient.

Requirements

• Active RN or LVN/LPN Compact License (new graduates welcome; training provided).
• Ability to provide care in a client home setting.
