About the role
etc. We need to use- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use
. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, application instruction, duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal etc. We need to ensure we include all substantive info from the posting. Let's extract all substantive info pieces: - Company: Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health, family, clinically-owned since 2000, founded by a nurse with huge heart, values Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach (#HALOS). Also mention Speed? Actually values list includes Speed as well: "Speed – We act quickly to meet the needs of our patients". That is part of values. - Mission: Provide children and young adults in need with high-quality home health care in a loving, caring, and professional manner. - Vision: To be recognized as the very best pediatric home health agency. - Why Join Angels of Care? bullet list: - 1:1 patient care (no ratios) - Flexible shifts – days, nights, weekends - Weekly pay - 24/7 clinical support - Paid training + SIM lab - Strong, supportive team culture - What You’ll Do (Responsibilities): - Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting - Administer medications & treatments - Assess patient condition - Educate families and caregivers - Follow plan of care - Qualifications Required: - Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license (OK) - Current CPR certification - Preferred: - Pediatric home health experience - Trach and/or ventilator experience - New Grads Welcome! - Schedule & Travel: - Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities - Flexible scheduling based on availability - 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available - Benefits (Why Angels Of Care): - Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance - $15,000 employer-paid life insurance (full-time) - Supplemental life insurance options - Short- and long-term disability - Employer-paid mental health support - 401(k) retirement plan - Paid Time Off - Weekly pay - Flexible scheduling - 1:1 patient care ratio - Pet insurance - Home & auto insurance discounts - 24/7 clinical support - Paid/unlimited SIM lab and hands-on training - Ongoing clinical education and advancement opportunities - Annual car giveaway - And more! - Pay Range: $19-$36/hr (mentioned at top). Also Weekly pay. - About the role: Could combine mission, vision, values, company description. We need to ensure we don't duplicate content. For example, Weekly pay appears both in Why Join and Benefits; we should include it only once? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If it's duplicated, we might need to keep it but could appear in two places. However we should avoid duplication if possible but not required. Might be okay to keep in both sections but better to avoid redundancy. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; duplication is still substantive but repeating it is not inventing or summarizing away detail. It's okay to repeat? Might be considered okay but we can choose to include each piece once in appropriate section. Since Weekly pay is a benefit, we can list it under Benefits; we don't need to repeat under Why Join. But Why Join also includes Weekly pay as a bullet; we could keep it there as part of Why Join list. However we are not making a "Why Join" section; we are using About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The "Why Join" bullets could be split across Benefits and Schedule etc. For instance, Flexible shifts – days, nights, weekends could go under Schedule. Weekly pay under Pay or Benefits. 24/7 clinical support under Benefits. Paid training + SIM lab under Benefits. Strong, supportive team culture could be under About the role (values). 1:1 patient care (no ratios) could be under Benefits or Responsibilities? It's a benefit. We'll allocate. Thus we need to map all bullet points to appropriate sections. Let's design sections:
