Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) San Bruno Skilled Nursing is a 50-bed post-acute care facility dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Conveniently located near El Camino Real (Hwy 82) and the 380 Freeway in San Bruno, California, we are committed to excellence in resident care and fostering a supportive work environment for our team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Promote the highest standards of quality care in a skilled nursing environment

Qualifications

• Hold a current and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
• Have at least 2 years of LVN experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting
• Demonstrate a passion for caring for seniors
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Can follow directions, implement care plans, and adapt to ongoing training
• Exhibit excellent critical thinking skills and sound clinical judgment
• Are compassionate, reliable, and work well as part of a team

Pay

$38.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience
