About the role
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes for pediatric and adult clients.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs and symptoms to identify physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and document health data and nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
- State licensure as an LVN.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience.
