LVN - Part Time

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in their homes, focusing on G-tube, Trach, and Vent management.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process
• Providing skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders
• Monitoring signs and symptoms to identify physiological and psychosocial changes
• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting patient data and nursing diagnoses

Qualifications

• Current LVN license in the practicing state
• Valid TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification
• Minimum of one year professional nursing experience preferred

Skills

• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to perform skilled nursing procedures in a home setting
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
