About the Role
Join Crestwood’s Santa Barbara Crisis Residential, a short-term, voluntary mental-health program that welcomes guests into a warm, homelike environment. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT), you will provide direct nursing care to clients according to physicians’ orders and applicable care standards, within your scope of practice. You will also direct non-licensed personnel in delivering client care and operating the unit.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to clients following physicians’ orders and established care standards.
- Supervise and guide non-licensed staff in providing client care and unit operations.
Requirements
- Current California licensure as an LVN or LPT.
- Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
- Ability to supervise and collaborate with team members.
- Previous experience in mental-health nursing preferred.
- Current CPR and first-aid certifications.

Pay
Hourly base pay range: $40 – $46.37 USD. Final salary offered will reflect the candidate’s skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
Schedule
On-call shifts include AM, PM, and mandatory Saturday AM.
