This full-time, night-shift Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) position offers the opportunity to be part of a community hospital serving the tristate region since 1905.
East Liverpool City Hospital is a 152-bed facility with over 500 employees, averaging 31,000 Emergency Department visits annually. The hospital provides 24/7 emergency services, general surgery, medical stabilization for substance abuse, behavioral health for adults over 55, and is the only cardiac rehabilitation program in Columbiana County.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care services requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice in accordance with state requirements.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care, and improve the overall patient experience in the medical-surgical setting.
Requirements
- Current and valid state LVN/LPN license.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- IV certification upon hire (state-specific).
Schedule
Full-time, 12-hour night shift.
