LVN/LPN - Med/Surg

Responsibilities
- Provides direct and indirect patient care services within the scope of practice as defined by state requirements.
- Collaborates with the healthcare team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to maintain safety, ensure patient comfort, and enhance the overall patient experience in the medical-surgical setting.
Requirements
- Current and valid state LVN/LPN license.
- Current BLS certification upon hire and maintained thereafter.
- IV certification upon hire (state-specific).

Pay
The compensation range for this role is $35.81 to $43.96 per hour. The exact starting pay will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
