About the role

Join Maxim Healthcare to deliver personalized 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes, enjoying consistent assignments, a manageable pace, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients and their families. This role offers one‑patient‑at‑a‑time care, stable hours with long‑term cases, full‑time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities, day, evening, and overnight shifts, and dedicated local clinical and office support.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Support individualized care plans
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team

Requirements

• Active LVN license
• Current BLS certification
• Preferred: 1+ year of nursing experience

Qualifications

Pay

Salary range: $30 – $45 per hour. Weekly pay with direct deposit. Full‑time and part‑time schedules available in and near Apple Valley.

Schedule

Shift options include Monday‑Friday 2 pm–10 pm (Apple Valley) and Saturday & Sunday 9 am–5 pm (Barstow). Day, evening, and overnight shifts are available, with flexible scheduling.
