About the role
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) providing in-home care for Pediatric and Adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Monitor physiologic and psychosocial changes in patients.
- Collect, analyze, and document health data and nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Current LVN license in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience.
