Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Deliver skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in patients.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members, documenting diagnoses and potential issues.
Qualifications
- Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience.
Skills
- Strong assessment and patient care planning skills.
- Ability to interpret clinical data and adapt care accordingly.
