LUXURY SPA COSMETOLOGIST

About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide styling, cutting, and coloring services to guests
• Offer guidance on proper care and recommend home care routines
• Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products
• Set up workstations with essential products, equipment, and supplies
• Identify and resolve guest issues promptly
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
• Build and maintain positive relationships with associates and guests

Requirements

• Certification or licensing at the local and/or state level (minimum 200 hours of Cosmetology education and at least two years of professional experience preferred)
• Effective communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends

Pay

The anticipated compensation range for the position is $17.00 per hour. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors including years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, work location, etc.

Schedule

Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
