About the role

Oversee the construction of high-end residential projects in West Palm Beach, ensuring quality craftsmanship and timely project completion. This role involves managing on-site activities and coordinating with subcontractors to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities for luxury residential projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Manage material deliveries and inventory on-site.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and designers to meet project expectations.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

• Experience with high-end residential construction projects.
