About the role
We are a Salt Lake–based construction firm specializing in high-end luxury residential construction and remodels across Salt Lake City and the Wasatch Back. We focus on delivering custom homes and renovations with exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a highly personalized client experience. Our projects range from ground-up estates to complex remodels, working closely with top designers, architects, and subcontractors in the region.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day field operations on custom homes and remodels
- Manage project schedules, sequencing, and subcontractors
- Cook up with designers, architects, and vendors
- Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout the build
- Ensure quality control, safety, and adherence to plans
- Track progress, budgets, and updates using Buildertrend (or similar)
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury residential construction (custom homes or high-end remodels)
- Ability to read and interpret plans/blueprints
- Proficiency with construction management software (Buildertrend preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to be client-facing
- Experience working with designers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving

Salary: $105,000 - $135,000 per year
