Luxury Residential Flooring Sales Specialist

About the role

Bella Tile & Marble LLC is looking for an experienced flooring salesperson to grow our luxury residential business. This is not a sales management or bench estimating position. We want a strong individual producer who enjoys opening doors, developing relationships, pursuing opportunities, and winning profitable work.

Responsibilities

• Develop new luxury residential business throughout Southwest Florida
• Build on existing relationships with custom builders, remodelers, designers, architects, developers, and other decision makers
• Find opportunities before they become just another bid invitation
• Meet with clients, understand their needs, and help develop the right flooring solution
• Work with estimating and operations to develop scopes, pricing, and proposals
• Present proposals, follow up, negotiate, and close
• Build repeat and referral business
• Protect margin and maintain the relationship after the sale

Requirements

• A strong book of business or established relationships in the SWFL luxury residential market
• A proven record of personally developing and closing new business
• Flooring experience with a strong background in tile, natural stone, and wood
• Experience with luxury residential construction or remodeling
• Enough technical knowledge to sell flooring projects with credibility
• Strong prospecting, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills
• A team mentality and willingness to work closely with estimating, operations, and the field
