Luxury Residences Property Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to prioritize and address maintenance needs efficiently.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the properties to identify concerns and safety hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to building codes.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to prolong the life of equipment and minimize downtime.
  • Aid in renovation and remodeling projects as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing concerns and inquiries courteously and professionally.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training or experience in related field preferred.
  • Must have basic knowledge in the building maintenance fields with a minimum of one (1) year in a similar position or equal experience, specifically using hand tools and other tools to repair and maintain equipment.
  • Must have experience with basic diagnostic devices and training in general-overall mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and carpentry.
  • Should also have the ability to troubleshoot in these principles.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
