Responsibilities
- Use PLACE’s weekly lead generation strategies
- Guide buyers, finalize agreements, and locate properties
- Handle offer negotiations for clients
- Record tasks using PLACE Technology
- Organize two open houses monthly
- Convert leads into scheduled appointments
- Join weekly coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Assist sellers, obtain listings, and promote properties
- Demonstrate skills in pricing, staging, and listing services
Qualifications
- You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
- You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions
- Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones
- Overcoming objections comes naturally
- You are a strong communicator and committed to service
- You are a team player
- You are a Licensed real estate professional with 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
- You have Strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are Learning based, growth-minded
- You are Organized
- You are Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- You have Excellent time management skills
