We offer comprehensive real estate services including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, land, and investment sales and leasing, third-party property management, mixed-use development, commercial development, multi-family development, apartment leasing, and a wide range of financial services.

Responsibilities

• Abides by Fair Housing Laws
• Provides tours of apartments to prospective residents
• Runs credit reports on prospective residents
• Prepares lease packets
• Inspects apartments prior to showing them
• Maintains logs of traffic through the property
• Leases units
• Provides information over the telephone to prospective residents
• Maintains a visible public relations’ attitude toward current and prospective residents

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Some advanced real estate training, including familiarity with the Landlord-Tenant and Fair Housing laws
• Prior experience in a leasing position (preferred)

Physical Activities

• Physical Activities up to and including, typing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, climbing stairs, or sitting for periods of time
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
