About the role

We are looking for professionals who own their neighborhoods, secure premium listings, establish themselves as market experts, and build businesses that promote independence rather than dependence. Listings are the cornerstone of success. They provide leverage, enhance credibility, unlock new opportunities, and drive referrals.

Responsibilities

  • Secure premium listings
  • Establish themselves as market experts
  • Build businesses that promote independence rather than dependence
  • Access opportunities that most never see through exclusive partnerships with leading valuation and homeowner data providers nationwide
  • Develop systems that secure listings, generate opportunities, and help agents build sustainable businesses
  • Secure listing appointments within 15 days and have properties under contract in 30–45 days, depending on consistency, follow-through, and execution
  • Focus on winning listings, increasing production, and scaling their business
  • Receive coaching, face challenges, and deliver results

Requirements

  • Licensing is required
  • Passionate about systems, marketing, client experience, and flawless execution
  • Highly motivated and committed to winning at the highest level

Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate sales and marketing
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends
