Pay

$17.36 – $18.76 per hour, plus commissions.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and property tours
• Process rental applications and lease agreements
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the property management team to meet leasing goals
• Market available units through online listings, social media, and community outreach
• Represent Village Green at various outside networking and social functions
• Utilize problem‑solving skills to address resident concerns

Requirements

• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Lease‑up experience
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work weekends
• Proficiency in property management software (a plus)
• 1–2 years of sales experience in a multi‑family or hospitality environment (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred)
• Undergraduate degree (strongly preferred)
