About the role

AMLI Residential is searching for an energetic Leasing Consultant to join our team at AMLI Redmond Way, an exciting new lease-up in Redmond, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects and residents, greeting them, qualifying them, and building relationships.
• Showcase our stunning community by conducting tours and highlighting features.
• Drive occupancy goals through phone, internet, and social media marketing.
• Create a sense of community by planning and hosting resident events.
• Ensure a seamless leasing experience by processing applications and preparing lease documentation.
• Network with apartment locators and businesses to keep the property top of mind.

Requirements

• Experience in leasing, customer service, or sales (with a preference for luxury lease-up experience).
• A passion for people and customer service, with a track record of creating positive experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Marketing savvy, including knowledge of social media, networking, and traditional marketing techniques.
• Weekend availability, as this is prime leasing time.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A college degree is a plus.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
