Luxury Fashion & Timepiece Manager - Jared Jewelers - Paradise Valley

Sales Performance

• Serve guests and promote store and personal sales
• Achieve sales and performance standards
• Promote guest satisfaction
• Maintain proper follow-up using the Clienteling system
• Monitor guest flow and assist with team member assignments

Fashion and Timepiece Management

• Oversee fashion and timepiece merchandise
• Implement and administer merchandise, sales performance, promotions, incentives, launches, visual displays, and merchandising
• Develop and maintain knowledge of all fashion and timepiece merchandise
• Train team members on features, benefits, quality, value, warranties, services, and procedures
• Collaborate with vendor partners and coordinate with management team to develop training plans

Team Leadership

• Collaborate with the General Manager on recruiting, hiring, scheduling, performance appraisals, counseling, and updates
• Communicate with the General Manager on team member concerns and issues
• Assist management team in their absence

Work Schedule

• As required by the store, including evenings and weekends
• Three nights per week or as required by the General Manager
• Sunday on an alternating basis or as needed
• Store hours during Special Events and key selling times of the year
