Luxury Fashion & Timepiece Manager - Jared Jewelers - Augusta Mall

Sales and Guest Experience

• Serve guests and promote store and personal sales
• Achieve sales and performance standards
• Promote guest satisfaction
• Keep guest’s agenda and provide proper follow-up
• Maintain the flow of guests and assist with team member matching

Fashion and Timepiece Management

• Oversee fashion and timepiece merchandise
• Implement and administer merchandise, sales performance, promotions, incentives, launch executions, visual display, and merchandising
• Develop and maintain knowledge of all fashion and timepiece merchandise
• Train team members on features, benefits, quality, value, warranties, services, and procedures
• Collaborate with vendor partners and manage vendor trainings, eLearnings, and incentive submissions
• Review weekly fashion and timepiece reporting and evaluate areas of opportunity
• Develop effective training plans to improve behaviors

Collaboration and Support

• Collaborate with the General Manager on recruiting, hiring, scheduling, performance appraisals, counseling’s, and updates
• Communicate to the General Manager about team members’ concerns and needs
• Respond to guest complaints and issues in partnership with the General Manager
• Assist management team in absence

Skills and Abilities

• Lead by example by attaining required performance standards

• Conduct store training meetings as needed

• Operate sales-related equipment

Physical Demands and Work Schedule

• Stand for long periods of time
• Reach with hands and arms
• Move among and between display cases

• Lift and move up to 10 pounds
• See well enough to discern differences in quality of merchandise
• Work schedule as required by the store, including evenings and weekends
• Three nights per week or as required by the General Manager
• Sunday on an alternating basis or as needed
• Store hours during Special Events and key selling times of the year
