About the role

We are seeking experienced Luxury Automobile Sales Professionals to join Ray Catena BMW of Westchester. This is an opportunity for individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and understand that exceptional results require exceptional effort.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional luxury ownership experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery and beyond.
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of BMW products, technology, financing, leasing, and ownership benefits.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations.
• Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage leads and customer follow-up.
• Maintain and exceed monthly sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Work closely with our Finance, Service, and Client Care teams to provide a seamless ownership experience.

Qualifications

• Previous BMW Client Advisor experience is required.
• Luxury automotive sales experience with a proven record of success.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand.
• Self-motivated with a relentless work ethic and competitive drive.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation

Our Client Advisors earn $120,000 to more than $350,000 annually. The compensation plan includes:

• An aggressive commission structure
• Compensation based on both gross profit and sales volume
