Responsibilities

• Record guests' orders accurately
• Have a keen eye for detail regarding allergens, special requests, and noted information
• Adeptly make recommendations to guests based on understanding and knowledge of the food and beverage menu options
• Stay organized and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages

Requirements

• Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to carry food and drink trays

Qualifications

This position requires a strong foundation in customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
