Lumberyard Specialist

About the role

The Lumberyard Specialist is responsible for managing the supply chain logistics for the lumberyard operations in Kapolei, Hawaii. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing lumber to various construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming lumber shipments for quality and quantity.
• Store lumber efficiently and maintain inventory records.
• Distribute lumber to construction sites as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding lumber deliveries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain management or related field.
• Knowledge of lumber handling and storage techniques.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Pay

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
