We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: Overview? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have Overview (intro), WHO IS 84? (company description), COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS PACKAGE, RECOGNITION & AWARDS, WHAT YOU WILL DO (duties), Responsibilities (list), Qualifications (list), etc. Also there is a line "Associate is responsible for building loads for deliveries. In addition, the Yard Person Benefits must maintain a safe, clean and well organized lumber yard, load and unload lumber and/or building supplies, and operate a forklift. Other duties as assigned." That seems like duties. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation request, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include overview text, company description, benefits, recognition/awards, duties/responsibilities, qualifications. We need to decide sections: maybe "About the company" (or "Overview") but they said use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can adapt: Use "About the role" for overview? But overview includes company description and maybe role. Could use "About the role" for the WHAT YOU WILL DO section. Use "Responsibilities" for duties list. Use "Qualifications" for qualifications list. Use "Benefits" for benefits. Use "Recognition & Awards" maybe as a section but not in list; but we can include as its own heading if content exists. They said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but they gave examples. Probably we should stick to those headings where applicable. For recognition/awards maybe we can put under "About the role" or separate? But they said include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Recognition & Awards is specific content, so we should include a section. Could use heading "Recognition & Awards". That's fine. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content: Overview paragraph: "Do you enjoy working with your hands, and breaking the boundaries of the traditional office job? Are you interested in a career with a family-owned company that is founded on growth, stability, and the idea that “nothing is impossible”? 84 Lumber is hiring immediately and has the career for you!" Company description: "WHO IS 84? 84 Lumber is the nation’s largest privately held supplier of building materials, manufactured components and industry-leading services for residential and commercial construction. With over 320 facilities in 34 states and plans for even more locations, your opportunities for growth within the company are endless. If you invest in yourself, we will invest in you! At 84 Lumber, we promote nearly 100% from within, creating a unique environment where you can build your own career path. Over 96% of our store managers began as Manager Trainees, and on average, you can earn your first promotion within six months." Benefits: "COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS PACKAGE: We offer all the benefits you expect from an industry leader, including: Paid Time Off (PTO), sick and personal daysMedical, dental and vision insuranceHoliday payFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for medical and dependent careAnnual profit sharing and 401(k) with employer match (based on company profits)Discounts on building materials and other retail partnerships" Note there is missing commas; but we keep as is. Recognition & Awards: "RECOGNITION & AWARDS: 84 Lumber is proud to be recognized as one of America’s: Most Patriotic Companies by Newsweek, 2026Most Trustworthy Companies by Newsweek, 2026Largest Family Businesses by Forbes, 2026Top Private Companies by Forbes, 2025Best Large Employers by Forbes, 2025" Duties/Responsibilities: "WHAT YOU WILL DO: Associate is responsible for building loads for deliveries. In addition, the Yard Person Benefits must maintain a safe, clean and well organized lumber yard, load and unload lumber and/or building supplies, and operate a forklift. Other duties as assigned." Then "Responsibilities Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others one-on-one Must be able to periodically lift up to 80 pounds High school diploma or general education degree (GED)" This seems like a list of responsibilities/qualifications mixed. Then "Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED)" duplicate. We need to separate duties list and qualifications list. Let's parse: After WHAT YOU WILL DO paragraph, we have "Responsibilities Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others one-on-one Must be able to periodically lift up to 80 pounds High school diploma or general education degree (GED)". This seems like a bullet list of responsibilities: ability to read/comprehend, write correspondence, present info, lift up to 80 lbs, HS diploma/GED. Then "Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED)" duplicate. Thus we can create: Responsibilities (ul): - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos - Write simple correspondence - Effectively present information to others one-on-one - Must be able to periodically lift up to 80 pounds - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Qualifications (ul): - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) But that duplicates; maybe we keep only one qualifications section and note that responsibilities include those. However we must preserve all substantive information; we can keep both but avoid duplication? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." If we remove duplicate qualification line, we lose that info (though it's same as one in responsibilities). But it's still substantive; we could keep it in qualifications section even if duplicate. It's okay to have duplicate content? Might be considered redundant but not invented. I'd keep both sections. But we could combine: responsibilities list includes the HS diploma; qualifications list also includes HS diploma. It's okay. Now Benefits: need to parse into list items. Benefits string: "Paid Time Off (PTO), sick and personal daysMedical, dental and vision insuranceHoliday payFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for medical and dependent careAnnual profit sharing and 401(k) with employer match (based on company profits)Discounts on building materials and other retail partnerships" We need to split by likely items: Paid Time Off (PTO), sick and personal days; Medical, dental and vision insurance; Holiday pay; Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for medical and dependent care; Annual profit sharing and 401(k) with employer match (based on company profits); Discounts on building materials and other retail partnerships. We'll make
  • for each. Recognition & Awards: list items: Most Patriotic Companies by Newsweek, 2026; Most Trustworthy Companies by Newsweek, 2026; Largest Family Businesses by Forbes, 2026; Top Private Companies by Forbes, 2025; Best Large Employers by Forbes, 2025. Now Overview and Company description: Could be under "About the role" or maybe two sections: "Overview" and "About the company". But they said use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. We could use "About the role" for the overview paragraph (the initial motivational). And maybe "About the company" not in list but we could still use heading "About the company". However they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine overview and company description into one section "About the role" or "About the company". Since they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use "About the role" to include both overview and company description. That seems fine. Thus final HTML:

We omitted the "WHAT YOU WILL DO" paragraph about building loads etc. That is substantive; we missed it. Need to include duties. Could be under "Responsibilities" but we already used responsibilities for list. Could add a paragraph before list: "Associate is responsible for building loads for deliveries. In addition, the Yard Person Benefits must maintain a safe, clean and well organized lumber yard, load and unload lumber and/or building supplies, and operate a forklift. Other duties as assigned." Thus after About the role, we could have a

for that description, then Responsibilities list. Let's adjust: After About the role, add

Associate is responsible for building loads for deliveries. In addition, the Yard Person Benefits must maintain a safe, clean and well organized lumber yard, load and unload lumber and/or building supplies, and operate a
