Responsibilities

• Perform express oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, multi-point inspections, test batteries, change wipers, etc.
• Identify routine maintenance needs and communicate clearly with customers
• Work alongside experienced technicians, upgrading your skills in real time
• Maintain high standards of service—Subaru owners expect the best, and so do we

Requirements

• Prior experience in express service (Jiffy Lube, Valvoline, Take 5, or similar)
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to learn and grow
• Strong communication and team-collaboration skills
• A valid driver’s license and a long-term view toward technician development

Qualifications

• Entry-level qualifications preferred
• Strong physical dexterity for working with tools
• Collaborates well with others in a team setting
• Strong communication skills
• Punctual and reliable
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
