Requirements
- Strong work ethic and consistent reliability (attendance matters)
- Genuine interest in automotive service and hands-on work
- Ability to learn quickly and follow processes with attention to detail
- Positive, team-first attitude with respect for coworkers and customers
- Willingness to take direction, accept feedback, and improve productivity
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
This role is best suited for individuals who are:

Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services
- Complete multi-point inspections with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate clearly with team leaders and service advisors
- Document all work properly and follow dealership procedures
- Treat every customer vehicle with care and professionalism
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., with every other Saturday from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. If you work a scheduled Saturday, you will receive a weekday off during that same week.
