Lube Technician

The Young Automotive Group is growing again and is seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented individual to join our service team as a Lube Technician. In this role you will perform routine maintenance services—including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks—to keep customers’ vehicles running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Oil and filter changes
• Check fluid levels
• Tire change‑overs
• Light maintenance work

Qualifications

• Desire to become a Master Level Technician and beyond
• Entry‑level technicians with oil & lube experience preferred but not required
• Current students in auto‑tech programs are encouraged to apply
• Demonstrated reliability
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check

Pay

Starting wage is $15.00 per hour with training provided, and periodic increases after 90 days and beyond, depending on performance.
