About the role
The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented with expertise in vehicle maintenance, customer service, and ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Responsibilities
- Verify the oil level using the dipstick and top up or change oil as required
- Check and adjust tire pressures to ensure optimal inflation for vehicle performance and safety
- Inspect all fluid levels (coolant, brake fluid, windshield washer, etc.) and refill as needed to maintain proper operation
- Conduct full vehicle inspections with video, including brakes, suspension, lights, and other critical components
- Install new oil drain plugs and oil filters as required to ensure a successful oil change
- Clean excess grime and apply lubricant to any vehicle fittings or moving parts when necessary
- Inspect tires for damage, repair minor punctures as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing the customer’s perspective and ensuring satisfaction with the service experience
- Make maintenance or repair recommendations as necessary
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- Automotive background
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Must have a clean driving record and hold a valid driver’s license
