About the Role

The Take 5 Family is hiring customer service-focused individuals with outgoing and positive attitudes. We provide full training on how to change oil, replace wiper blades and air filters, fill tires with air, and perform other light maintenance services. Requirements

• Must maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit used to position yourself safely under cars
• Walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods
• Work in hot or cold weather conditions
• Remain alert and aware of your surroundings at all times
• Lift up to fifty (50) pounds
• Reliable transportation

Initial training may feel intensive, as all employees must gain strong knowledge of our oils and services.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filters
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure
• Inspect and top off fluids
• Assist customers in selecting oil types and other services
• Process payments for services performed
• Perform coolant exchanges and transmission drain & fill services
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop, office, and bathrooms
