Lube Technician

About the role

This is an entry-level position that has the potential to grow into a full Line Technician position if desired. Qualified candidates must possess high attention to detail, high quality workmanship, effective communication, World Class Guest Service skills, and the ability to work independently and productively.

Responsibilities

• Completing oil changes
• Performing multi-point inspections and recommending services based upon results
• Fluid level inspections and fluid flushes when required
• Tire inspection, tire rotations, and tire replacement
• Performing wheel alignments
• Additional duties as you grow your skills

Requirements

• High attention to detail and high quality workmanship
• Effective communication and World Class Guest Service skills
• Ability to work independently and productively
• Passion for working in the automotive industry

Prior automotive experience is a plus, though it is not required. We provide outstanding training opportunities for those willing to grow.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, with a rotational Saturday. Facilities are always closed on Sunday and on designated holidays throughout the year.

Pay

The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $16.00 – $17.00+ and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
